1. Who We Are

eBužim portal (buzim.ba) is a digital tourism and information portal operated by NextDev (Enes Mareno), Patriotske Lige 10, 77245 Bužim, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Contact: hello@nextdev.ba.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Data You Voluntarily Provide

Via the contact form: name, email address, subject, and message content. Via the newsletter form: email address.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

We use Plausible Analytics which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. Plausible records: pages visited, referrer, browser, device, country (continent level only, not precise location). We do not collect IP addresses.

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) - when you voluntarily send a message or subscribe to the newsletter
  • Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - for traffic analysis via Plausible

4. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used exclusively for: responding to your inquiries, sending newsletters (with your permission), analyzing traffic to improve the portal.

5. Data Retention

Contact form data is kept for 90 days, then deleted. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you request deletion. Analytics data (Plausible) is retained for 12 months.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@nextdev.ba.

7. Data Transfers

Your data is not transferred to third parties. Plausible Analytics is hosted in the EU. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook pixel, or similar services.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: HTTPS encryption, security headers (CSP, HSTS), regular security checks.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Last updated: June 16, 2026.
