Bužim is located in the northwestern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the Una-Sana Canton. You can reach the town by car, bus or organized transport.
- By car: main road M14, from the direction of Bihać or Novi Grad
- By bus: regular lines from Bihać, Cazin, Zagreb and Sarajevo
